Support details specific to your countries, guides and accommodation are supplied in final travel documents. This page explains the general structure and how to prepare.
Before departure
We provide a confirmed itinerary, contact information, baggage guidance and relevant supplier instructions. Travellers remain responsible for passports, entry permission, visas and health requirements. Requirements change; use official government sources and verify them again shortly before travel.
For Kenya, use the official Directorate of Immigration eTA service rather than unofficial application websites. Requirements for every destination and nationality must be checked independently.
During the journey
For an immediate operational issue, first contact the guide, pilot representative or property manager closest to the situation. Also notify your Skywarden contact so the entire itinerary can be coordinated.
Emergency priorities
- Move to safety and follow the guide or local authority’s instructions.
- For medical needs, contact the insurer’s emergency-assistance line as early as practical.
- Tell Skywarden and provide the traveller name, location, callback number and nature of the incident.
- Contact the relevant embassy or consulate for lost passports, detention or consular emergencies.
This website and its contact form are not emergency channels.
