Every journey is different, but these are the questions we hear most often.
A private, high-quality safari generally begins around US$700–1,000 per person per night, including internal flights, accommodation, guiding and most meals. Peak migration and premium Botswana journeys can be higher.
For July through October, Christmas, or gorilla permits, aim for 9–12 months ahead. Outside peak periods, four to six months is often sufficient.
Your road transfers, itinerary, guide and safari vehicle are private unless we clearly agree otherwise. Light aircraft and some camp activities may be shared.
Absolutely. The right age depends on the child and destination. We select family-friendly camps, private vehicles and a pace that leaves room for swimming, rest and spontaneous curiosity.
We use established partners, monitor local conditions and provide 24-hour support during travel. In wildlife areas, following your guide’s instructions is essential.
Typically accommodation, meals, scheduled drinks, private guiding, park fees, internal flights and transfers. International flights, visas, insurance and gratuities are normally excluded.
